Title: Orange-Cinnamon Whole Wheat Couscous

1 Can 10oz/284 ml mandarin
  Orange segments in natural
  Juice
1 Orange or Apple juice
1 Stick (2inch) cinnamon
3 Whole cloves
1/2cWhole wheat couscous
1tsLiquid honey or to taste
2tbToasted chopped pecans(opt)

Drain juice from oranges into glass measure. Add orange or apple juice to mandarin juice if nesessary, so that it measures 3/4 cup. In a small sauce pan, combine juice, cinnamon stick and cloves; bring to boil over high heat. Stir in couscous. Reduce heat to low; simmer for 2 minutes, stirring, until liquid is absorbed. Remove saucepan from heat; let stand, for 5 mins. Gently stir in mandarin orange segments and honey. Serve hot, sprinkled with pecans. 233 calories 1 fat gram.
